Ø  REPLACEMENT PART OPTION

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, we offer the option to replace that same particular item. Your replacement part will be sent out immediately. If you are still having trouble, contact one of our customer service representatives. Email are normally answered within 1-2 hours from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Saturday . Should a response not reach you in time , please check  your mailbox including your spam mail folder.

Ø  We are not responsible for items when subjected to abuse (off –road ,competition ) commercial use , improper installation, accident, or normal wear.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you have 30 days from receipt of your item(s) to contact our customer service team to request a Return or Refund. Returns must be in the same condition as you received. Except all Electrical and safety items are not returnable. Exchange for defective only.

Ø  Return Merchandise Authorization.

Customers need to contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization for returns, no exception!

Worldpartspro does not accept returns of the products from purchases older than 30 days.

Ø  If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the  cost of         return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error receives up to 15% of item’s price.
