These BOSCH Design III (3) injectors are direct replacement for the Design II (2) or Design I (1) that your vehicle came with. The Design 3 injector has an improved spray pattern and internal metering system.

The Design 3 injector breaks the fuel down into a much finer mist than its predecessors, this process is known as fuel atomization. Gasoline is much more combustible as a vapor than it is as a liquid and, the more vaporous the fuel is when it enters your engine, the more efficiently it will burn. The increase in fuel atomization created by the newer Design 3 injectors allows your engine to make better use of its fuel and increases engine economy and power.

Our injectors are rebuilt through the following process ;

1. Visual inspection for any physical damage that would render the injector inoperable

3. Any dirt, grease and paint is removed from the outside of each injector

2. All soft parts are removed ( o-rings, filters, caps etc… ) YES THE FILTERS “INSIDE EACH INJECTOR” are removed !  

4. All injectors are submerged in a cleansing bath under “ULTRASONIC VIBRATION” This powerful vibration with the presence of the concentrated cleaning solution breaks down all deposits and sludge built up inside each injector. The injectors are pulsed open and closed rapidly during this process to help remove contaminants.

5. All injectors are then FLOWED BACKWARDS under high pressure to flush out any remaining contaminants

6. All injectors are flowed and we look for a good evenly distributed spray pattern and proper electronic operation and current draw, along with a high pressure leak test.

7. All injectors are grouped in flow matched sets within 1% variance ( factory allows a variance of usually 3%-5% )

7. All metal bodied injectors are clear coated or repainted for that “like new” look.

8. All o-rings caps and filters are replaced and the injectors are then packaged.

Ford reveals ultra-eco Focus EcoBoost

Ford has revealed Europe’s first petrol-powered five-door family car to dip beneath the 100g/km CO2 mark with the launch of a 99g/km CO2 Focus EcoBoost. The new 100hp 1.0-litre variant will launch next year and, at 67.5mpg, become its most fuel-efficient petrol-engined family car ever. Peugeot 208 T16 ready for 2013 Pikes Peak assault

Peugeot is set to take on the infamous Pikes Peak hillclimb in Colorado, USA in this 875bhp 208, driven by nine-time WRC champion Sébastien Loeb. The team behind the 208 T16 Pikes peak has released this video showing Loeb shaking down the monster 208 on French mountain roads, ahead of the 2013 Pikes Peak event on 30 June. The car uses a mid-mounted twin-turbo petrol V6 to develop 875bhp.
