Each EFI Fuel Rail Pressure Gauge Kit contains a unique adapter fitting which simply screws onto the vehicles fuel system service port Schrader valve on the fuel rail or fuel line, depending on the application. The adapter fitting automatically activates the service ports internal valve mechanism so there is no need to remove the port’s internal release valve. Gulf One Z06 tops $1 million at auction
Thu, 29 Jan 2009An icon of 1960s racing, the Gulf One Corvette Z06 racer, was in familiar position last weekend at the Mecum Auction--first. The 1963 car sold for $1.05 million at the Kissimmee, Fla., event--doubling the price of a 1962 Mercedes 300 SL, which went for $525,000, not including the buyer’s premiums. The racer is based on a production Corvette Sting Ray.

One of those technologies is Volvo’s City Safe, a low speed (up to 31mph) collision avoidance system, that uses a laser at the top of the windscreen to monitor traffic and will automatically brake the car if its senses no reaction from the driver when a collision is imminent. So good is City Safe that Thatcham – the people who set insurance groups for cars – has decided Volvos fitted with City Safe should be rated in a lower group.
