Thu, 20 Jun 2013Volvo’s self-parking car will do parking for you It’s rapidly getting to the point where drivers will need to do little more than be in the car to ‘drive’ it, with technology taking away control of tasks like parking. But a new technology from Volvo means you don’t even need to be in the car to park it. Volvo has been working on an autonomous parking that uses Vehicle 2 Infrastructure technology – which is basically sensors built in to the road – where the sensors guide the car to a vacant space.

Thu, 07 Feb 2013The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray made its Detroit auto show debut in two of the 10 colors on the palette--Torch Red and Cyber Gray. Engineers wasted no time stripping the camouflage off prototypes, exposing three other colors on highways in Arizona--Black, Laguna Blue and Velocity Yellow. Cars wearing those colors have been photographed in the wild by Corvette fans and sent to us--the latest a Laguna Blue Corvette from Elliott Gosch of Scottsdale--along with being posted on fan sites such as www.corvetteforum.com and www.corvette7.com.
Aston Martin recalls 75 percent of all cars built since 2007

Smug right-hand drive Aston Martin owners can rest easy, unless their car was built after May 2012; those cars are gonna need replacement parts, too. All in all, the recall impacts 17,590 cars, or roughly 75 percent of the automaker's run from the 2008 model year on, according to Reuters.
