Michael Schumacher’s Ferrari Enzo Pictures) is up for sale Michael Schumacher may have made his mark in motor racing history thanks to Ferrari, but now he’a a Mercedes man he seems to be divesting himself of his Ferrari cars. A dealer in Switzerland – no doubt not too far from Michael’s home – has two of his Ferraris up for sale at the moment, both at slightly ‘Premium’ prices. The first Schumacher Ferrari on the lot at Zenith in Lausanne is Michaels very own Enzo, finished in Ferrari Red) as you would expect) with a tan leather interior (which you wouldn’t).

College Exhibition: Coventry University Design Degree Show 2004

Sep 1, 2004 - Final year undergraduate students from the Coventry University Transport Design course showed their work in the annual degree exhibition in June. The 2004 show celebrates the conclusion of either 3 or 4 years of study, depending on whether the BA Hons or MDes study routes have been followed. With 35 graduating students on the MDes in Transport Design plus 15 graduates on either BA Automotive Design or Transport and Product Design, the show is the largest in Europe for transportation design graduates.

So the revelation that the Lotus Exige S Roadster – which had an outing as a concept at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show – is finally making it in to production and will arrive in the Summer of 2013 is exactly the sort of Lotus news we want to hear. Lotus has revealed the Exige S Roadster as a reality in a short tease video (below) telling us the new Lotus will be ‘Ready for the Summer’, although by the time it gets in to the hands of customers summer will probably be already over (if it’s not already – we have had a few nice days in a row). The Exige S Roadster will get the same 345bhp 3.5 litre V6 complete with supercharger as the coupe which will be enough to get you to 62mph in just 4 seconds, and you’ll be able to row it along with either a six-speed manual or automated manual ’box plus, thanks to a very lightweight folding roof and the loss of the back spoiler, the Roadster will weigh no more than the coupe so should handle exactly how a Lotus is meant to.
