These G-FORCE GF105 driving pants are high-quality, entry-level suit pants for the budget-minded racer. However, budget does not mean cheap. They start with an FR cotton shell that is cool and comfortable to wear. All seams are sewn together with Nomex thread utilizing a five-needle safety stitch. This is an extra bit of protection in the event that the main seam fails in an incident. G-FORCE also combines a Nomex and brass zipper with a double overlay for extra protection and to help keep the heat out. These pants meet or exceed SFI 3.2A/1 specs. They have a TPP rating of approximately 11. All pants come in solid colors with a white leg stripe.

AW Design Forum: Style remains key as transportation systems evolve

The entire way Americans view transportation is going to change, predicts industry expert David Muyres, and designers will be key in making new methods of mobility desirable. Speaking at the AW Design Forum on Thursday morning in Detroit, Muyres said transportation needs to be looked at as a complete system, where cars, cities and technologies--such as the electrical grid--all interact. But for this to work, the cars need to remain exciting, said Muyres.

Peugeot today unveiled the all-new 208, which will replace the 207 in spring 2012. Entirely new from the ground up, the French firm's latest B segment model is said to ‘represent a true generation leap' over its predecessor and embody ‘the principles of agility and efficiency'.
