Vents Galore make the G37-R shroud stand out. This radically designed shroud offers all the coverage you need, but still allows light to escape through the four staggered layers of chrome bands that surround it's body.

The G37-R shrouds are inspired by the OEM Infiniti G headlight shroud, taking that design and making it more ideal for retrofitting.

Four staggered chrome rings make up the body of this shroud, which do a good job at actually covering the projector - but also let light from inside escape.

These shrouds have been designed to be "accent lighting" friendly, so you can mount CCFL or LED halos inside to illuminate their vents, or just let the ambient light from inside the projector do the work!

Please note that trimming shrouds is a common task when retrofitting. Whether required to clear part of the projector or fit within the geometry of your headlight housing, it's normal. Luckily, they're made of plastic - making that easily possible.

Mountune will upgrade your Focus ST, Fiesta ST

Tue, 10 Dec 2013

UK-based Ford tuner Mountune set up shop in the U.S. just a couple months ago, and is already offering upgrades to the Ford Focus ST and the Ford Fiesta ST. Mountune is Ford's official partner in Europe, and their experience goes back 30 years Mountune comes from a slightly different branch of Ford tuning that North American buyers are used to -- their specialty has been tuning Ford's smaller cars in Europe rather than muscle cars, and they've worked on everything from Escorts to Focuses (though perhaps not the Escorts and Focuses that we're used to).

This 108-year-old Mercedes Simplex could sell for £900k

Tue, 26 Nov 2013

‘Old Mercedes up for auction’ doesn’t quite do this magnificent automobile justice. It’s a 1905 Mercedes Simplex 28/32 Phaeton, and one of the oldest Mercedes still in existence. But this car does not merely exist – it is resplendent as a stunning example of the very best the Edwardian era of motoring had to offer.
