Online driving licence to reduce insurance costs

First the tax disc, now your driving licence, as government plans to put driving records online are set to make the paper counterpart licence obsolete – reducing your car insurance premium in the process. Victor Nacif started his new role as Vice President of Design at Nissan Design Europe last month, having recently relocated from San Diego, California. Car Design News caught up with Nacif, an avid racing fan, at last weekend's FIA GT1 World Championship race at Silverstone, in which a Nissan GT-R piloted by team Sumo Power garnered the win. Infiniti showrooms to open in UK this autumn

The luxury division of Nissan is building its first dealership on the UK's equivalent of Silicone Valley along the M4 corridor – on the outskirts of Reading. Britain's first three Infiniti centres will be in Reading, west and north London.
