Gables G-1191A Aircraft Audio Control Panel
This is an audio communication control panel used on various types of aircraft. This one has a serviceable tag (overhauled) from Caribe dated 6/1/89 and has been in storage since. It is in good condition without damage to the housing or connector. The controls move easily and the data tag reads GABLES ENGINEERING, MOD. NO. G-1191A. It is not tagged and I have no way to test it so it is being listed AS IS. Thank you for looking and please see our many other aviation auctions. Mercedes SLC (a ‘Baby’ SLS) confirmed. Again
Thu, 26 Apr 2012Mercedes SLC confirmed once more Mercedes big-wigs have been discussing future plans for AMG and have confirmed production of the Mercedes SLC – a baby SLS. It’s always nice to speculate on new cars to come from interesting car makers, and in the case of Mercedes we’ve been actively playing the baby SLS game – a Mercedes SLC – since 2009. What we need to remember is that the SLS – and any SLC to come – is not really a Mercedes, it’s an AMG.
Driver prefer atlas to sat-nav
Wed, 02 Jul 2014SATELLITE NAVIGATION may have become an integral part of many drivers’ daily routine, three quarters of the UK’s motorists (76%) say they still prefer to use a road atlas to plan journeys. Drivers in a survey by the AA said they found an atlas more useful to give an overview of a journey. While satellite navigation systems are useful, a further 65% of drivers said they still use an atlas to check the sat-nav is selecting the best route.

Open to any registered school, the competition encourages students to submit their work in any of nine different categories, with the emphasis on interior design.
