This is a Garelick EEz-In Auxiliary Outboard Motor Bracket.  It is made of stainless steel with a hard rubber mounting plate.  It is rated to take an outboard engine with a maximum horsepower of 20 hp with a total weight of 115 pounds. It is not made for 4-stroke engines. 

I will be removing the rubber mounting plate to facilitate shipping.
