Garmin 545s Gps/chartplotter/sounder/fishfinder on 2040-parts.com
Auburndale, Florida, United States
This is for a used Garmin 545S Chartplotter/GPS/Sounder/Fishfinder. The unit is in very good condition and was never stored on the boat. It was taken off every time the boat was in the yard or dock. The unit has no wear to it what so ever. The unit works perfectly, just went with a bigger unit to flush mount. It has an internal GPS that works through an aluminum T Top. The sounder/fishfinder is very clear and you can see every crevice in the bottom. The maps are already pre loaded with all the coastal maps. This is a used unit and I didn't take out the way points that already saved for the Tampa Bay and Key Largo area. You can do a factory reset to clear all the information.
This includes the unit, power cable, mount, transducer and transducer cable. The transducer mount does have some 3M 4200 on it, but the screw holes are in great shape. Email if any questions. |

Marvel’s Captain America car by Daniel Simon [w/Video]
Tue, 04 Sep 2012Automotive designer and futurist Daniel Simon has had his vehicle design from ‘Captain America: The First Avenger' featured in a short animation. This 10-wheeler 1942 supercharged V16 Coupe, the personal car of Marvel's villain Johann Schmidt (the Red Skull), is 7,620 mm long and was inspired by cars such as Mercedes' 540K and the G4. The director's instructions for the car's size led to a truck chassis having to be used for the practical film version.
Half of all used cars go wrong ‘within a month’
Tue, 05 Nov 2013With over seven million secondhand cars purchased in 2012, you’d expect one or two to develop a problem soon after purchase. But rather shockingly, as many as half of all used cars sold develop faults within a month of changing hands. That’s according to a report by the Citizens Advice Bureau, which helped with over 84,000 problems with secondhand motors in the past 12 months.

Fiat – already named as the Obama-blessed partner for bankrupt Chrysler in the US – is now wooing Opel, Vauxhall and Saab in Europe. If successful, Fiat would overnight become the second biggest car making business in the world.
