Shipping Information

WE WILL SHIP INTERNATIONALLY - AT BUYER'S EXPENSE. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE US FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE.
- Most orders ship within 2 business days, Monday - Friday (except major holidays) after payment has been cleared into our account. We ship via UPS ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless other arrangements (at customer's expense) are made. Customers can expect to receive their shipment within approximately 1 to 7 business days when shipped via UPS Ground, shipping charged is our actual rate.

- Free Local Pickup is available at our shop in Wall, NJ.

- For shipping to PO box, APO, or other Third party addresses, please contact us before bidding. While we welcome bids from our International clients we do reserve the right to refuse to ship INTERNATIONAL, so please contact us prior to bidding, with your country for an accurate shipping cost and approval to bid. Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Payment Methods

Octopus Yachts is a small business with a local shop, so we must charge Sales Tax to residents of New Jersey at rate of 7.0%

Octopus Yachts uses PayPal, a 100% Secure way to pay via major Credit Cards, or your PayPal balance. Octopus Yachts, LLC does not keep your full credit card number on file or use your personal information for anything except order processing and shipment.

Payment must be received within three (3) days of auction close.

Warranty

This item is sold AS-IS and has NO WARRANT, unless specifically noted above. We have made every effort to test and describe the listed unit to the best of our ability. We are not responsible for improper installation, handling and usage. Our 14-day return policy, outlined above, does apply, however, we will inspect all returned units carefully, and if the unit is not in the exact condition as it was shipped out, the refund will be denied and the unit can be shipped back to the buyer at his/her expense.

Returns

Returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid for by buyer. Outbound shipping is not refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return and credit. Merchandise must be in exact condition as shipped or the product can be returned to you, at your expense, and the refund denied.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of equipment and testing, to the method of payment (PayPal) used to purchase the equipment.
