Tray, Connectors, Installation Manual, Pilots qhick guide and Pilots operating manual is included. I only accept PayPal and will only ship to the United States. If you have "0" feedback please contact me before bidding. As with all used electronics, there is no warranty and return. The unit was working perfectly prior to shipping. My feedback speaks for itself. The unit will be shipped in a carton with expanded foam (as the factory ships them). Good luck bidding
