Geely to buy bankrupt London Taxis
Mon, 31 Dec 2012The Chinese press are reporting that Geely are to buy London Taxi maker Manganese Bronze, which went in to liquidation in October. The image was real, but the story wasn’t. It seems the image was part of a ‘Mood Board’ McLaren put together when they were designing the P1 to inspire their designers with what could be possible, and that’s found its way on to the Interwebs in China.
