Garmin GXM 40 XM satellite weather and radio antenna. XM Radio ID # BMYG024E, Serial # 1ES010036. The customer who bought the Aera 796 that went with it lives in Alaska. Since there is no XM satellite coverage in Alaska, I kept the antenna and issued him a credit for it. You can clearly see the antenna working in the 3rd photo on the Garmin Aera 796. There is some mounting residue on the bottom as seen in the 2nd photo and some rub out of the GAR in the name GARMIN in the 1st photo. I have reduced the price accordingly to accommodate for these cosmetic only imperfections. Antenna is fully functional and acquires satellites quickly.

And yet, despite its tepid performance, questionable off-road ability and tendency to rust, it was a runaway success. Let's face it, the Mini Moke remains one of the coolest cars ever created.

Car dealers are buying again

Wed, 21 Jan 2009

Used car sales in the UK (and just about everywhere else, for that matter) have been in the doldrums, to say the least, for many months. The inexorable decline in car values has left many dealers nursing painful losses on stock cars, and has led to the strange situation where, however desperate a dealer was to sell you a new car, he wouldn’t (or couldn’t) offer you a part-ex price. Car dealers are buying stock again But according to the used car value Gurus at Glasses Guide, things are starting to look up – a little.
