Billet Compressor GTX3076R-WG Dual BB Ported 650 HP Fully Ported Turbocharger

This is the new Billet extended-tip compressor version of the previous Garrett GT3076R model.  This Dual Ball Bearing equipped turbocharger has a special 'Oil & Water-Cooled' bearing cartridge.  This turbocharger is on track to replace the older GT3582R model as the most popular mid sized turbo on the market.  The original GT3076R paved the way for many performance enthusiasts earning its place as the best all around turbo out there for most people's needs.  This new GTX3076R makes more power, spools up even faster, and is all around better than the GT3076R.

This has an authentic (Garrett) dual ceramic ball bearing cartridge fitted with an upgraded compressor wheel.   This wheel is not just an 11-blade billet aluminum forging that has been CNC machined, but it also has an 'extended tip' exducer blade shape.   This has proven to extend the compressor map while offering quicker spool-up.  By how much you ask?  This 'GTX' billet aluminum compressor wheel affords an additional 15% improvement in compressor map efficiency in the special ported-shroud T04E compressor housing.  Wow, that's a serious performance increase.  Better response than it already has a more power on top.  Impressive little turbocharger for sure.

As if this turbo needed much more improvement, we have reworked the housings to offer the very best in aerodynamic flow efficiency.  True to our other signature turbocharger offerings, we have added the value of a full complement of porting to both the exhaust housing and the compressor housing alike.  Because of the extensive porting and the state-of-the-art compressor wheel airflow capacity, this is an honest 650 HP turbocharger.  Seriously nasty little BB turbo.  The exhaust housing has a T-3 flanged inlet that has naturally been port-matched to the included stamped stainless steel gasket.  This assures the optimal amount of gas energy available to spinning the 56 mm plus turbine shaft without any unwanted restriction or turbulence to hamper flow.   The outlet has a V-band outlet welded onto the housing for a simplified, compact attachment to your downpipe.   On the compressor side there are a couple hours of work applied with our selection of carbide burrs and sanding rolls to carefully sculpt the 4" 'ported shroud' inlet and 2" outlet into highly efficient passages for airflow through the compressor wheel.  You are getting the most out of this specially machined compressor wheel with all of the attention we at Exclusive Turbosystems pay to its housing.  Make no mistake, we have made sure this is the baddest GTX3076R-WG you can buy.  To quote a famous '80's film, "if you have the means, I highly recommend you pick one up".
