For sale today is a tank cover from a 06 CBR1000RR.
It is off a 06 but I believe that it will fit 04, 05, & 07 CBR1000's too. Please check with your dealer before bidding.
Apart from the scratch pictured it is a very nice piece with no broken tabs or rash. The part has OEM paint. Please see pics below.

According to NHTSA, one or both straps can break, letting the tank drop to the ground.
