If you need to return a part for any reason, just return the complete part in its original unused condition, with all original packaging and instructions, within 14 days of purchase for a full part refund. Don't paint or modify the part in any way, install it or throw the box away until you are sure you have the right part.
We will refund 100% of purchase price for the part itself, however we cannot accept responsibility for any other costs, such as labor or shipping. (Please note that there are a few special orders and discontinued items that we cannot take back, and they are identified in our catalog as No Return.

Returns must be sent to the correct address with our return instructions in the package to receive credit. The parts must be complete, undamaged and in their original undamaged box. Cores must be returned in the box the new part came in. The manufacturer's box must be in a shipping box to prevent damage to the original manufacturer's box.
We do not refund shipping charges unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong part. For all other returns, we will deduct shipping charges from your refund. BMW are adding xDrive as an option across the 5 Series GT range
We really don’t ‘Get’ the BMW 5 Series GT. To be fair, we haven’t driven one so it’s a viewpoint from afar. But we can’t deny it fills the gap between the 5 Series Estate and the 5 Series Saloon, we just hadn’t realised that there was a gap that needed filling.
