While you might expect that a car that cost more than a million dollars to restore beyond its original glory would be something you'd keep in a sealed zip-lock freezer bag in the guarded basement of a museum, the vast majority of the entries in the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance are actually driven on the street. General Motors Co. is taking a page from the retail industry with its latest marketing blitz in an effort sell more cars: a 60-day money-back guarantee. The initiative--unorthodox for an automaker--starts Monday and covers 2009 and 2010 model-year cars from GM's surviving brands, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick and GMC.
