The Clutch Disc
6-Button Clutch
Disc designed for Street and Track use. We use our own formula
Copper-Ceramic Buttons that our Engineers have studied and proven to
provide long wear rate, high temperature resistance, and great
performance. Our Copper-Ceramic clutch disc(s) can absorb more heat than
OEM/Organic ones, thus making them better suited to high performance
applications. Reduced-Weight drive plate design to provide you quicker
shifts. Our HUB is made of Genuine Chromoly-Steel and it is Heat Treated
to avoid any Spline Strips. All of our metal materials such as
Retainers, Rivets, Spring, and Hubs undergo an actual heat treatment
process to ensure durability, strength, security, and performance. Works
best with both Stock Flywheel and Aftermarket flywheel such as Chromoly
or Aluminum Flywheel. *Chatter is normal on first and reverse the
chatter and noise have no affect on the performance on the clutch and no
affect on the drive line components.

Our
Heavy Duty Clutch Cover plays a huge role in this premium clutch kit.
Our Heavy Duty Clutch Cover Friction plate is made of Ductile Iron which
provides strength and durability. Ductile Iron is unbreakable and can
withstand sufficient amount of heat. We use triple straps and heat treat
every metal material so that you can get the right performance on and
off the track/street. This Clutch kit is recommended for those who are
looking for quick engagements with some increase in pedal stiffness. Our
Heavy Duty Clutch Cover is the most popular Clutch Cover due to its

The Flywheel
Our
genuine 4140 Chromoly flywheel was designed to give drivers a
snappier throttle response and quicker shifting. Our lightweight
flywheel causes the engine to rev faster which means quick take
offs all day long. Our Chromoly Steel
has chromium and molybdenum added into the steel to give added
strength and durability. The core of the material retains its bulk
properties, while the outer
surface is significantly hardened to reduce wear and tear. This makes
this grade of steel an excellent material for a flywheel. Unlike
Aluminum Flywheels, ring gears will not separate and friction
surface wont warp. This Flywheel can be resurfaced for future clutch
service. It has been proven and tested up to 18,000RPM's without
any type of failure. Engineered and Designed to increase airflow to
help cooling in most lightened flywheels that we carry. High Heat
capacity mixed with low weight gives you an appealing shifting
experience

The Advantage of using our products is that we do not import from China or Korea. This kit includes an upgraded 2800lb pressure plate, 6 puck disk, and a pilot and throwout bearing. These are rated at 2800lbs, and with the 6 puck disk it will handle ~500whp. A 70% increase over stock with the upgraded pressure plate and a 6 puck disk is what we rate it at. The 6 puck may chatter just a little bit , but that is common with most multi puck disks. The first time you drive it you will get used to how to modulate the throttle and clutch and it will not be a bother after that. A 500 mile break in is required.

Returns
All returns must be first authorized by GRIP Clutch. Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses to us. Returns will not be accepted if the parts are contaminated with any Oil or Grease. Returns will not be accepted if the parts have been installed. No returns accepted after 14 days.
All returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee.
Return your purchase for up to 14 days from date of purchase for a refund, including original shipping cost minus 20% restocking fee. Must be in original packaging and brand new.
Item will be checked within 5 business days, refund will be given after that.
Items that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered are non-returnable.
Shipment Terms
All shipments will be shipped with eBay Shipping services.
Damage Claims
Any damaged merchandise received must file a claim with the carrier and not with GRIP Clutch.
Shortages
Any shortages in a shipment must be reported to the carrier upon the time of arrival.
Warranty
Warranty is offered if the parts are defective. No warranty will be given if the parts are contaminated with any type of Grease or Oil or any lubricant. Warranty will not be given if the parts have been installed. Warranty will not be offered if break-in period was not done. The consumer will be responsible for the removal and freight costs both to the supplier from which the product was originally purchased. Proof of purchase is mandatory in order to receive warranted replacement.
Clutch Break-in Period
All PUCK CLUTCH DISC(S) need at least 500 miles for break-in. All KEVLAR DISC(S) need at least 1000 miles for break-in. All FULL FACE ORGANIC DISC(S) need at least 200 miles for break-in. If failed to do break in period we will not offer warranty.
*Keep in mind that any installation and other incidental fees are buyer's responsibility.
