For auction I have a complete Emergency Brake,  cable, bracket and switch...this system is a plug and go for a two seat or 4 seat GEM car(Global Electric Motors, NEV, Think, Polaris).  This was removed from a 2008 working GEM car. This is a used original GEM car factory piece of equipment that works as it was manufactured to do.  This will fit a 2005-up  GEM Electric car. This has been tested, cleaned and you will receive the photographed item. We normally do not carry newer GEM car parts, so when these are gone, they will be gone. If you need any parts, send me an email and we will list as soon as possible from a 2008 (2005-up compatible) vehicle. Any sports or sporty car driver worth their gear oil will remember the mighty Datsun 510 - the front-engine, rear-drive coupe, sedan and wagon that gave racers on a budget something that was just as fun to pilot as BMWs and Alfas of the day. From 1968 to 1973 you could have as much fun as any of those guys with fancy European rides. While a little more boxy than its competitors, the 510 was nonetheless nimble and extraordinarily fun to drive.

Honda's press conference at last week's press conference was full of the usual marketing messages about sales figures, new models and company strategies but the thing that caught our magpie-like eyes was this joyful little video. The cheeky vector graphics feature 19 of the company's concept cars from the last 20 years, starting with the 1994 FSR right up to the NSX via such wonderful oddities as the Kiwami and P-Nut, all accompanied by a bouncy score.  It reminded us all why this is a brand that has always stood out as individual and creative even if the last few years have been a little sparse.

Pothole app gets goverment backing

A NEW SMARTPHONE APP to report potholes has been given backing by the government. The Department for Transport has given £30,000 to help develop the app, which has been launched by the Cyclists’ Touring Club (CTC). The app is part of the CTC’s ‘Fill That Hole’ pothole reporting website.
