Does not come with the camera. This mirror was made on 7/16/2010 and has the standard wedge mount. HomeLink 4 has been around for a few years. Many 2011 + new garage door and gate openers are using it. A homelink 4 mirror avoids the need for a repeater for these new openers. It's also the only mirror I have that works with the European 433mhz frequency. In the past few years HomeLink 4 mirrors have been rare and only OEM unless you bought an aftermarket or OEM rear view camera mirror.
