You are bidding on a mint, vintage Lincoln Town Car hubcap. This is a clean, excellent quality hubcap which gets a 9 on my grading scale:

10 - Brand New - mint condition

9 - Nearly New - very minor or no scratches

8 - Slightly Used - more noticeable scratches

7 - Used - has scuff marks, no cracks, all mounting forks and retention rings intact

6 - Used - deep scuff marks, no cracks, all mounting forks and retention rings intact; if metal, will have some minor dents

5 - Fair - deep scuff marks, may have minor cracks, all mounting forks and retention rings intact; if metal, will have some dents

4 - Fair - deep scuff marks, may have minor cracks, missing one mounting fork, retention rings intact; if metal, will have dents

3 - Poor - useable but will have significant defects (cracks, deep scuff marks, broken mounting forks, missing retention ring; if metal, deeper dents)

I have included a closeup which shows a small wrinkle in the metal along the outer edge of the hubcap. It does not look like damage, but part of the metal stamping.
