Bought this to replace a single sensor on my 2009 A4 Avant, but didn't realize it was actually a full sensor kit rather than four sensors. I only need a single sensor and this isn't the right size for my OEM installed system (if you are installing new or have this style sensor, it's perfect for you). Shipping it back to the dealership in the UK isn't in my best interest so here it is for sale at less than what it cost me. I was told this was an OEM kit, it has an Audi info card in it, and I bought it from an Audi dealership. None of the actual parts say Audi, but I'm assuming that's just because they're not in the business of making parking sensors; similar to if you look at the part labels under your hood not all of them would say "Audi."
I cannot help you with fitting or install. Presumably if you're buying this, you know what you're getting into; you're going to have to cut holes in your bumper and provide this system a power source. This does include a template for the 20mm holes that are required. Included in the kit are four sensors painted ice silver, a control module, a beeper, a bunch of wiring, a cutting template, and a bunch of mounting goodies. |
