If you are looking for Tesa® tape, you must be looking for harness tape for a German auto. I have owned and repaired German cars since 1963, when my parents bought a VW®. My son and nephew are both master techs with Mercedes® and BMW®, we know German cars.  What tape is going to stand up to be placed on top of the head like in the photo. That is a stock photo, at the shop we use a revised VW® loom and cover all the wiring.

Here is the TRUTH about Tesa® tape,  1. You will only get genuine high temp engine compartment tape, such as Tesa® 51006, from me, I am the only seller on Ebay® that has it.  2. If you are lucky and get authentic Tesa® tape, it will be passenger compartment tape, and will turn white or grey if used under the hood. 3. If you are not lucky, you will get tape that is marked Tesa®, but is in fact fake. 4. You can use engine compartment tape anywhere on the car that fabric tape was used originally. 5. You can get Tesa® tape (perhaps not marked Tesa®) at your Mercedes®, Audi®, VW® or BMW®dealer, AT A HIGHER PRICE, but you will get passenger compartment tape.

You would not believe how hard it was to obtain this tape, but we really needed it in our shop. I had to buy several cases in order to get an order. We have many cars that require the coil wiring to be replaced (German wire sometimes has poor insulation, and it gets very hard in high heat). See the 4th photo. This tape helps to keep the wiring from going bad again.

This sale is one (1) big (19 mm x 25 meters) roll of tape, the photo of 8 rolls is only to show that the tape is authentic.

YOU WILL BE HAPPY THAT YOU PURCHASED FROM ME, LOOK AT MY FEEDBACK

Councils urged to shun yellow lines

Mon, 07 Oct 2013

COUNCILS are being asked to cut unsightly yellow lines as part of a Government drive to rid the streets of clutter. Local Transport Minister Norman Baker has urged local authorities to think about using restricted parking zones, instead of automatically opting to use yellow lines to control parking, particularly in single streets and environmentally-sensitive areas in towns and cities. Restricted parking zones require a limited number of signs which tell motorists if they can or can not park and during which times and are considered less intrusive than conventional yellow lines.
