Items sent registered post with out insurance are to the value of $100, if item is sent via regular post then it is to a maximum of $50

If item is damaged in transit then it is similar to the above but you as the reciever will be required to fill out all applicable paperwork to make the claim and supply aust post with all packaging item sent with. we will send you a email with original postal receipt if avaliable

if items being returned are because of wrong item chosen by customer or are not required. we will accept no freight charges credited
