2015 Ford Mustang front end spy shots

The 2015, or 2014.5 depending on who you ask, Ford Mustang will go on sale next April, on the car's 50th anniversary. It will most likely arrive with four-, six- and eight-cylinder engines and for the first time an independent rear suspension. We've already seen a few spy shots of the next Mustang testing, but these pictures supplied by someone on the inside give us our first good look at the front end.

PSA Peugeot Citroen has revealed it is to close one factory, cut job numbers elsewhere and shed a total of 8,000 jobs as demand for its cars dwindles. When we reported last year that Peugeot Citroen were planning to idle their plant in Trnava, Western Slovakia we said that this was just the tip of the iceberg for Peugeot Citroen, and that they would have to take far more drastic action if they were to survive. Mazda to use regen brakes to boost fuel economy 5 to 10 percent

Mazda is adding a fuel-saving technology that harnesses wasted brake energy in the redesigned Mazda6 sedan due early next year. The approach uses regenerative braking to convert kinetic energy into electricity that is stored in a capacitor. The car later taps that capacitor to power the fuel pump, lights, audio, air conditioning and transmission and engine control systems.
