• PayPal buyers must have confirmed, with PayPal, a registered shipping address.  We will NOT ship to any unconfirmed address.  Your payment will be refunded.
• We ship out products once the payment is cleared from our PayPal account.

•  Local pickup is always welcome. There are no extra charges for local pickup. Please come in and visit our beautiful Infiniti dealership. Perry Infiniti is a fully functioning Infiniti dealership. We service Infiniti and Nissan vehicles.
• Items local pickup must be paid for in form of cash, check, or credit card.
• All orders submitted online will be shipped. Please take this into consideration before making your purchase.

• Electrical Items are non-refundable.  We do not offer any items for testing purchases.  Please make sure you have done a proper diagnosis before placing your order.

• Items MUST be returned uninstalled and unused.
• Items MUST be in original packaging.
• Returning items MUST be pre-approved within 3 business days of delivery.
• Shipping WILL NOT be reimbursed for correctly shipped orders or cancelled orders that have already shipped.
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Incorrectly shipped items, due to an error on our behalf, MUST be brought to our attention within 2 business days of delivery.
• Once inspected, incorrectly shipped items will be credited in full and shipping shall be reimbursed.
• To ensure a timely credit, please include any information we should know regarding your purchase. We will do our best to issue any credits within 24 hours of our receipt.

• Our parts team is very knowledgeable in Nissan, Infiniti, and JDM parts.
• If you have a question about a specific vehicle application, please make sure to have your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on hand when calling, and be sure to include your VIN when emailing us.  This can drastically cut down on the time it takes to look up the specifics of your vehicle. The VIN can be found on your registration card, at the bottom of the front window, or in the driver’s door jam.
