Available for sale is one genuine BMW OEM part number 63 17 7 177 712 made by Automotive Lighting (AL part number 0 305 083 002), a right fog light for 2008-2010 BMW E60 E61 5-series, 528i, 528xi, 535i, 535xi, 550i.  This particular fog light was removed from a low mileage 2009 BMW 535i in an excellent condition.  Both tabs are in place, not broken.  An OSRAM H8 bulb is included with purchase.

Press leaving Chrysler, report says

Chrysler Group Deputy CEO Jim Press is planning to leave the company before the end of the year, according to a report Friday by The Wall Street Journal, citing unnamed sources. Press, 62, is expected to leave before December, one of the newspaper's sources said. Chrysler spokesman Gualberto Ranieri declined to comment on the paper's report.

General Motors reportedly close to selling Hummer for $150 million

General Motors Co., working to cut its U.S. brand count in half as part of its restructuring, is trying to complete a deal to sell Hummer to China's Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery Co. for about $150 million, Bloomberg News reported Thursday.

Tucked away on page nine of the May 9, 1964 issue of Competition Press and Autoweek is an intriguing little story: “FIA Rejects Ford Bid for Homolgation [sic].” At the time, the Mustang had just made its world debut, but Ford was already scheming to fold the car into its “Total Performance” campaign. The automaker apparently proposed to do so with a fleet of crazy fiberglass-bodied touring cars. According to Competition Press, Ford tried to get the new Mustang classified as a touring car for international racing.
