We have a variety of NEW Ford and GM parts we are selling. These are in factory packaging and unused. Some are in original cartons and some are not, in some cases we have replaced the carton and used better packaging. Photos may be representative and not the actual packaging shown. We have opened the cartons to take pictures and inspect the contents, in some cases. Your order will be carefully packaged to prevent damage. Combined shipping is available up to manageable weights that will not contribute to shipping damage.

All measurements are approximate. We do not guarantee calibrations. Further testing may be required that is out of our scope.  Power cords, cables, manuals, etc. are not supplied unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are proud to provide some of the fastest turnaround times on eBay. We usually ship products the same day after payment is completed. Items purchased over the weekend usually ship on Monday. We use USPS for most items, and UPS for larger items. Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico should contact us for a shipping quote. Don’t ask for a discount on shipping, we have no control over shipping charges. You are welcome to contact the shipping companies and ask for a discount.

RETURN INFORMATION
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price if a return is an option.  The buyer must contact us within 7 days; items must be returned within 14 days. If your purchase was eligible for Free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and warranty seals must not be broken. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Products like software, personal items, and items which are not normally stocked are not returnable.
