You are bidding on a Genuine Vintage 1960s Build Up Model Car Kit of a Rat Rod Gasser. I do not know the model kit that this came frome. Still makes for a great display in anybody's model collection. This is very rare to as it is build from an old scholl model kit most likely issued in the 1960s. A True collectible for the model collector. Way underpriced. This is being sold in the exact condition as it was found in -please pay careful attention to the pictures shown here. The back glass has fallend behind the seats and will need to be reattached. I have never attempted to clean this model up. If you choose to, it will clean-up much nicer than it appears in the pictures here. Or leaving the way it is shows its Old skool persona. As such, this model is not perfect, nor flawless, the glue is old and pieces may come during transit. This should be expected by the buyer. In turn as the seller, I will continue to offer some of the best deals on the internet such as this one. Many of the antique models that I will be offering you will find being sold for many more times my asking price without reserve. If you collect vintage automotive models you may not want to change the channel as I plan on listing many of scarce ones - all at bargain prices. Cadillac XTS to use modified Buick LaCrosse underpinnings
Mon, 10 Aug 2009Cadillac's next flagship sedan, the XTS, will borrow its underpinnings from the Buick LaCrosse. The XTS is the code name for the car due in 2011, and it's a two-for-one proposition. The XTS will replace the front-wheel drive DTS and the rear-wheel STS, Automotive News reports.
Roads warning as massive transformer is moved
Thu, 14 Nov 2013ONE OF THE BIGGEST abnormal loads ever transported on the roads will be trundling across the west of England this weekend - at an average speed of 4mph. The giant transformer, measuring almost 330ft long and weighing around 640 tonnes, will travel the 80 miles between Didcot in Oxfordshire and Avonmouth in Bristol. Police warn the trip will affect roads in Wiltshire, Bath and north-east Somerset and south Gloucestershire between 7pm on Friday and 6pm on Sunday.
