Only the sketchiest details have been released about the Small Hybrid Sports Concept, but we know it will definitely make the transformation from concept to production reality to slot above the Civic Hybrid in Honda’s range. As we already know, the new Golf GTI comes with a 2.0 litre TFSI engine good for 217bhp or, if you opt for the Performance Package, you can have an extra 10bhp – enough to cut the standard GTI’s 0-62mph (6.5s) by 0.1 seconds and add an ectra 3mph to the top speed (rises to 155mph).
