IT'S IN DECENT SHAPE WITH A COUPLE SMALL TARES AT THE BOTTOM AND A SMALL DENT FROM HAVING SOMETHING ON IT THAT SHOULD GO AWAY ON A HOT DAY (SEE PICS). I DID CLEAN IT BUT COULD USE A BETTER CLEANING TO MAKE IT REALLY LOOK GOOD. THIS WILL MAKE A GREAT REPLACEMENT PANEL FOR SOMEONE. SHIPPING IS $20. TO ANY WHERE IN THE U.S.
