Used German Euro license plate, the plate has the brown year seal intact and comes with a mounting frame with Volvo
advertising on it. With this frame the plate can be mounted without drilling holes through the plate.

The plate is pictured below with a plain black mounting frame, you will not receive this frame, but one with Volvo advertising on it.
Some examples advertising frames at the 2nd picture below. Both plate and frame are in used condition with minor wear, see picture :
