Used German Euro license plate, the plate has the pink year seal intact and comes with a mounting frame with Volvo
advertising on it. With this frame the plate can be mounted without drilling holes through the plate.

The plate is pictured below with a plain black mounting frame, you will not receive this frame, but one with Volvo advertising on it.
Some examples advertising frames at the 2nd picture below. Both plate and frame are in used condition with minor wear, see picture :

If you're a car enthusiast, you likely heard that the Best in Show winner at the 2011 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance was a 1934 Voisin C-25 Aerodyne. Upon hearing the news, you then asked, "A what?" Voisin isn't exactly Chevrolet. Even within the pantheon of expired French car makes, it's overshadowed by the original Bugatti and Hispano-Suiza.

Paul Walker to be recreated through CGI for 'Fast & Furious 7'

Paul Walker's character will make an appearance in the next "Fast & Furious" film thanks to scenes filmed before his death and computer-generated doubles of the actor. Several sources are reporting that at least four body doubles of Walker have also been involved in the film's ongoing production since filming resumed in late January, after several weeks of evaluations and rewrites by the studio. Approximately half of the photography involving Walker's character, Brian O'Conner, had been shot at the time of Walker's death in Porsche Carrera GT alongside Roger Rodas, his friend and business partner, over Thanksgiving weekend in November of 2013.
