New Infiniti M35h: The world’s fastest full hybrid

Infiniti M35h - the Fastest Hybrid in the world We’ve had plenty of reason to take the rise out of the Infiniti range as Infiniti try to gain a foothold in the UK and European markets for their posh Nissans. But one Infiniti we did like the look of is the M35h hybrid. When Infiniti revealed the M35h last year, we were suitably impressed that they were delivering a hybrid with some half-decent sporting saloon credentials.

The Roewe 350 is the first model built atop parent company SAIC's new A-class platform. At first sight, there appears considerable overlap with this latest model and the Roewe 550, but the 350's 2650mm wheelbase and overall length of 4521mm is roughly 100mm shorter than the 550. Volvo is working on cordless charging for electric cars

Imagine not having to actually exit and plug in your electric car (assuming you have an electric car to plug in), and instead just parking it over a special parking spot. That's the promise of a new technology that Volvo is working on, and if taken to the mass market once made commercially viable, it means electric cars will be able to recharge just by sitting over a charger built into the parking spot's surface. That would certainly eliminate the need for those bulky upright chargers that are spreading around the country.
