The G-FORCE Racing Gear Pro Phenom open face helmet is based on classic design with modern features. The Phenom is both lightweight and durable due to a composite blend shell. The driver will notice a lighter feel and less neck strain when wearing the Pro Phenom helmet. The G-78 interior impact shell is covered by a CoolTec liner which comes standard in the Pro Phenom helmet. This liner is more comfortable, cooler and hypoallergenic on the skin to eliminate one more distraction for the racing professional. G-FLOW ventilation system vents on both the top and the rear of the helmet are provided. These air intake and evacuation ports aid in driver cooling and dehydrating the liner in humid conditions. An adjustable, tinted visor strip finishes the design of the classically styled helmet and aids in shielding the user from glare. 2012 Volvo XC90 Facelift - very minor tweaks
The Volvo XC90 has been with us for the best part of a decade without any major changes, thanks mainly to Ford pulling the plug on a new XC90 a few years ago. But the outlook is much brighter since the Chinese took the reins at Volvo and we’re certain there’s a new XC90 ready to surface in 2012. But for now Volvo has decided to give the current XC90 a bit of a tweak to take it through to the launch of an all new model.

Hyundai has launched the ix35 / Tucson ix in Korea
We reported a few days ago on the new Hyundai Tucson – the Hyundai ix35 in Europe – but we won’t get the release in Europe until Frankfurt, although there will be more dribbles of info before then. Still, interesting to look at the ix35 launch in its home market, where it will be known as the Hyundai Tucson ix. This is yet another car from Hyundai that will create a few waves of consternation amongst established names like Ford and VW.

It’s a MINI Pickup – the MINI Paceman Adventure
It’s always hard to decide if a MINI concept – and they’re not exactly as rare as hens teeth – is a real one-off or a pointer to a future production MINI. A good example of that is MINI’s April Fool in 2012 for ‘Camping MINIs’ which turned in to a fully-blown official concept in 2013 as the MINI Clubvan Camper, Countryman All4 Camp & Cowley Caravan. Now we get the MINI Paceman Adventure Concept, a pickup based on the Pacemena (itself based on the Countryman) put together by BMW students and instructors at plants in Munich and Dingolfing and built as an exercise to show the skills and talent of the apprentice programme.
