G-FORCE PRO ELIMINATOR FULL FACE - SA-2010 HELMETThese G-FORCE Pro Eliminator helmets feature an outer contact shell made from a low-density lightweight Z38 fiberglass, carbon, and KEVLAR® composite blend. The shell is then coated with either deep, rich white or black gloss paint or, as a new option, a matte black undercoating. The rear of the G-FORCE Pro Eliminator helmets is accented with double ridge lines that add both style and strength. Reinforced mounting points for the Hans helmet restraint devices are built into the shell during production for added durability. The G-FLOW ventilation system draws air into the chin bar ports, around the heated interior, and siphons it out of the top and rear vents to aid in cooling. An optically correct, 0.125 in. thick ProFit shield encloses the extra-wide eyeport opening and secures to the rubberized eyeport gasket to keep dust and dirt out. On the inside, G-FORCE has produced the most user-friendly, comfortable helmets on the market. The heart of the G-FORCE Pro Eliminator helmets is the G-78 impact liner that is made to meet and exceed all Snell and SFI specs. Audi has provided the strongest hint yet that it plans to crown its Q5 lineup with an RS model by revealing a one-off, 408-hp, supercharged 3.0-liter V6 concept version of its compact SUV. The vehicle’s public premiere comes this weekend at the annual Woerthersee meet in Austria. Although Audi officials are playing down the importance of the custom concept, insiders have told AutoWeek that it was constructed to provide customer feedback on a possible performance-oriented version of the Q5, the likes of which would almost certainly form part of the company’s future North American lineup.

The Qoros GQ3 has been revealed ahead of its Geneva show debut in March. The GQ3, a C-segment saloon set to rival the Skoda Octavia, was designed by Gert Hildebrand and his design teams in Shanghai and Munich. The front face features wide headlights that extend into the sides framing a broad grille, a template that will be continued on future Qoros models.

Hyundai Veloster Turbo - US spec arrives at Detroit
The Hyundai Veloster Turbo has debuted at the Detroit Auto Show with more aggressive looks and 201hp from its 1.6 litre Turbo. The Hyundai Veloster Turbo that’s now arrived at the Detroit Auto Show – after a small leak of Veloster Turbo pictures this morning – may not be exactly the same as the Veloster Turbo we’ll get in the UK (more on that in a moment), but it’s close enough to give us a good idea of what the Turbo will add to the Veloster equation. We already like that the Veloster has character, and we very much like that the Veloster Turbo gets enough power to match its looks.
