Each item is inspected and usually tested at listing time.  I usually list a lot of pictures with each item so the buyer can see the physical condition.  The wrong things about an item are more important than the right things so i try to describe them as accurately as possible, again, so the buyer knows exactly what the item is all about.
   Even Amazon gets thousands of returns on pre-owned and even new items.  Now obviously I am no Amazon but my customer service IS just as good or maybe better since you don't have to talk to anyone outside the country.       So........  If for some reason there is an issue with the item when you receive it.
 PLEASE EMAIL ME FIRST.  Contacting ebay is not necessary as even they will tell you.  I will take care of any problem you have immediately.

ONE MORE THING --- the buy it now option does not necessarily mean that i will lower the price.  Usually it will be lowered some but a $299 jewelry item will NEVER  be sold for $150 even if the auction is ending so please make a good offer based on what has been sold and/or listed for sale as this is what i will be looking at when you make an offer to me.   Thank You.

Jaguar will launch its own hybrid vehicles soon after Land Rover, CAR can confirm. Parent company Jaguar Land Rover is developing battery-assisted hybrid versions for both brands but its strategy puts part-electric Land Rovers first on the launchpad in 2013.Hybrid Jaguars – set to include the XJ and XF, but eventually every model – are therefore likely to be on the market by 2013-2014, using a similar eight-speed ZF hybrid transmission to petrol-electric BMWs.The staggered roll-out of battery Jags and Land Rovers makes sense: heavy 4x4s have come in the firing line from green protestors who label them Chelsea Tractors. Radio 2 DJ and Ferrari nut Chris Evans has bought the Dunlop Bridge from Donington Park in a charity auction. When Chris Evans goes to an auction, he usually comes back with a trophy car from Maranello, such as the James Coburn Ferrari 250 GT SWB (or the Ferrari 250 GTO he bought privately through RM Auctions). This time, the Ginger one has been busy buying the sort of motoring ephemera that only a man with a big back garden could afford to find a home for – the iconic Dunlop Bridge from Donington Park.
