Gleason brand 9 inch ring and pinion.  3.15 Ratio.  Came from Ganassi Nextel Cup team.  Lightweight version.  The gear is REM treated and in excellent condition.  Features EDM option for internal gear pump.  Gleason gears are the best gear made.  They are the lightest and strongest gears available.

This gear is a rare version.  The ring gear is made at 8 1/4" OD to save additional horsepower and rotating weight.  The turned down version was outlawed in CUP recently and thus this is an opportunity for this rare version gear.  Sells for over $2000 new!  Simply the best.
