Be advised to make offers as early as possible, do NOT make them in the last few hours or so, as if I do not respond to them before their scheduled ending time, it is too late, as they are cancelled at auctions end time by Ebay and I no longer am able to respond after the end time to any offers. Of course I have the right to decline any or all offers. POLICY FOR BIDDERS: PAYMENT I expect payment within 4 days, unless you advise me otherwise. After that Ebay will be advised of non-payment. RETURNS: Generally NO returns are accepted unless, there was an error on my part, and the item was not described properly, and/or the pictures did not truly represent the item I was selling. Please contact me first, so we can work out a fair resolution to the issue. This is my livelihood, I can not afford to accept returns, because you changed your mind after receiving it or feel the need to nit-pick about some minor issue. If an item needs to be returned, it must be as it was sent to you and complete with everything you were sent. Most of my items are marked, to avoid anyone trying to switch the item with another.
