Kia K900 luxo-barge debuts in Los Angeles

Kia plans for it to compete in the full-size luxury segment starting in the first quarter of 2015. The company's new halo car comes wrapped in a handsome and brawny package, but it still managed to squeeze in a cute tiger nose grille.

Four years since the current BMW Z4 was launched at the Detroit Motor Show in January 2009, it looks like BMW’s roadster is getting a facelift to keep it fresh, and a new M Performance model – the BMW Z4 M35iS. Changes to the 2013 Z4 are likely to be modest, with the usual facelift fare of new bumpers, new lights, new alloys, titivated ‘more upmarket’ interior and tweaks to the engines to offer more power with better economy and lower emissions.

The Volt and other new GM vehicles, such as the Cadillac SRX, the Buick LaCrosse and the Chevy Equinox, remain top priorities--even though the company lost $6 billion in the first quarter of this year and is surviving on government loans.
