The TR-600 is a multi-functional and economically feasible communication platform for mobile positioning applications. It integrates highly sensitive GPS module and quad-band GSM communication module with a powerful micro controller that fits into a compact enclosure. The TR-600 has a solid and rigid housing, for simple installation. It provides real-time GPS positions anytime and anywhere with an open view to the sky, and offers precise positioning, and reports vehicle status to the server with necessary information shown on the map. Benefits such as enhanced fleet management, improved vehicle safety, emergency response, are all accomplished through the implementation of the TR-600 system. The TR-600 modem is Axeda® Ready.

Toyota has revealed the Prius G Sports at the Tokyo Auto Salon Yesterday we reported on the Toyota FT-86 G Sport Concept which offered tweaks to both bodywork and performance and is a sneak preview of a G Sports range of cars Toyota are planning on launching in Japan. The FT-86 we get. It looks quick and with a turbo added to its 2.0 litre 4 pot Boxer engine it should provide some fun.

SsangYong has extended the appeal of their budget SUV Korando by launching the Korando Sports, a cross between a family car and a pick-up. Now SsangYong are pitching in to the Bob the Builder market with their take on vehicles like the Mitsubishi L200 (which has just been given a five year warranty by Mitsubishi) with the SsangYong Korando Sports. The Korando Sports is a double cab pickup with four doors and five seats that SsangYong says offers a working vehicle with 4WD, 2.3 tonne towing capacity and all the appointments of a family car.
