Complete open differential from a 1970 Chevelle. NON-POSI 10 bolt from the early style 8.2 inch ten bolt rearend. The ring and pinion is 2.56 ratio. The 2 owner car only had 46K miles when this differential and gear set were removed. Selling my 1970 10 bolt differential with 8.2" bolt pattern.  The ratio is 2.56 to 1, and this differential is OPEN, and it is NOT POSI.

The vehicle which donated this is my 2 owner Malibu;  this differential and ring/pinion only have 46K miles on them.

If you need a desert gear for your 10 bolt GM reared, this is the one! Genuine GM parts.

If you have interest in the R&P only, and would like a price for the gear separately, then please message me and I may be able to comply.

Morgan Aero Coupe and Plus 8

Fri, 03 Feb 2012

Whilst looking decidedly vintage, the Morgan Plus 8 is one of three new models that will debut in Geneva. Moving away from the traditional ash chassis (yes, as in the wood) of the previous car, the new Plus 8 features a bonded and riveted aluminum chassis, similar to the high-performance Aero variants. Externally, the car retains the retro styling that is to be expected of Morgan, but sits on a wider track with deeper rockers.

CDN 中国汽车设计大赛获奖选手在 Umeå Two of the Car Design China Award 2012 winners won the fantastic prize of a two-week fully funded placement at Sweden's Umeå Institute of Design to mix with like-minded young designers and learn new skills with some of the latest technology available. We spoke to Umeå's Programme Director for Transportation Design Education Demian Horst to find out how Fang Siyuan of Zhengzhou University of Light Industry and Huang Hongliang of Huazhong University of Science and Technology got on. After arriving on 21 September the two students joined up with the course's 20 international students – including two Chinese students – in the studio before undertaking their first task, which was to join both transport classes in a sketch workshop with BMWDesignworksUSA designer and Umeå alumnus Tommy Forsgren.
