You are buying a GM rebuilt 4L60E automatic transmission assembly, originally GM part number 24207593 - complete with torque converter.  There is NO CORE required on this unit, the sale is outright.  By GM part number this unit fits 1996 - 1997 2WD 1/2 ton trucks and full size vans with the 350 engine.  I've been told it'll fit other versions, so I'm adding that to the listing.  Also, I'm sure it'll fit other GM cars or even trucks but that's up for the buyer to determine.  GM list price on this part is over $2400 plus a $350 core charge and freight.  It has all the latest GM factory updates, like a high volume pump, revised valve body calibrations and an improved lube circuit.  This ones comes with a GM rebuilt 2000 stall lock up torque converter already installed.

I have about 5 various GM rebuilt transmissions to sell; I’m selling this for a local Chevy dealer that went out of business and the owner got stuck with it.  E-mail me if you need a specific one and I'll check the inventory.  It has never been used or installed since its purchase.  Shipping will have to be truck freight, unless you want to pick it up and I will only ship to a BUSINESS ADDRESS with a fork lift.  Residential deliveries are more expensive for trucking companies.  I get a fairly good of a deal from FedEx Freight (or other), so if you have the means I would suggest making the arragnements yourself.  I'll take it to the local terminal to save you some $$.

We will take your credit card over the phone, we are a company with a merchant account and can process Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover

Bahrain Grand Prix (2013) RESULT

Sun, 21 Apr 2013

Nico Rosberg put in a cracking lap in qualifying for the 2013 Bahrain Grand Prix to take pole position, but the Mercedes did look like it might have problems with tyre degradation in the race. With Sebastian Vettel lurking alongside and Fernando Alonso right behind, it was a big ask for the German to turn his pole position in to a win, and so it transpired. Alonso managed to briefly get past Vettel at the start of the race, but Vettel soon got his second place back and within a couple of laps had taken Rosberg for the lead.

Porsche 911 Safari SUV Crossover heading for Beijing Motor Show

Thu, 26 Dec 2013

Porsche 911 Safari SUV Crossover heading for Beijing Motor Show Porsche anoraks bemoaned the arrival of the Porsche Cayenne SUV as a sacrilege, but its overwhelming success has allowed Porsche to garner huge profits and plough a chunk of those in to keeping the iconic 911 relevant, appealing and cutting-edge. It’s also allowed Porsche to take the Audi Q5 and turn it in to what appears to be a hugely capable and appealing baby Cayenne in the guise of the new Porsche Macan, but it seems Porsche is planning another SUV step with a model that really does seem a  step too far – a Porsche 911 SUV. Auto Bild’s Motor Revue is reporting that a Porsche 911 Safarai is heading for the Beijing Motor Show in April 2014 sporting bigger wheels and tyres and a raised suspension to deliver a 911 Crossover.

Singapore Grand Prix (2013) RESULT

Sun, 22 Sep 2013

Singapore Grand Prix (2013) RESULT Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel has won the last two races, in Belgium and Italy, to extend his lead in the drivers’ championship, and he started today’s Singapore Grand Prix in pole position. And, just for a few seconds at the start of the race, it looked like Nico Rosberg in the Mercedes had got his fellow German’s measure as he swept past the Red Bull in the opening few yards. But it was a short-lived lead as Rosberg went too deep going in to the first corner and Vettel swept by to re-take the lead, and kept it to the end in an imperious display of driving in what is now starting to look like an unbeatable Red Bull.
