This is a used center cap marked that it is for 1970 through 1981 rallye wheels. Please check your own parts listings to be sure. Cast on the back is 3984554, which may be it's actual General Motors Corporation part number. The chrome is mostly shiny, but does have speckling and some pitting. Everything is bigger in Texas, even speed limits
Fri, 07 Sep 2012Texas is preparing to open a stretch of toll road this November with the highest speed limit in America: 85 mph. The road between Austin and San Antonio will stretch for 41 miles, in an attempt to alleviate traffic congestion on nearby Interstate 35. There are already roads in Texas and Utah where the posted speed limit is 80 mph.
