This is the part that your Turn signal lever pushing into and holds it in place, allowing it to move both up and down to turn and back and forth to trip the head light high / low beams.

Both Tilt and Straight steering Columns GM Corvette model years 1978 and 1979. Use with either the angled or straight signal arm.

Long out of production. A quality GM Part. I will probobly kick myself for letting it go, thats when I will find a 78 or 79 Corvette again and will need it.
