This was my personal stereo that was in my 2007 Yukon Denali. I removed it 2 days after purchasing the vehicle to install a new stereo. It has literally sat packed, untouched and hasn't even been moved until today. It is in perfect condition with no blemishes, marks or flaws. I guarantee it works perfectly. I kept it thinking I would reinstall before selling the car. Well, I gave the car to my kid so I decided to finally sell this stereo. I was told this should fit 2007-2011. this does not come with a navigation disc.  See part number in photos, please confirm it will work in your car before purchasing.
