This Cylinder Head is completely rebuilt to GM/Chevrolet Specifications.
Our pride is your best insurance in receiving the quality you expect. All work is done on our premises and starts with a complete tear-down and thorough inspection of every head entering our shop. After a complete evaluation of all components, it's on to our state-of-the-art, 3-Step thermal cleaning system and magnafluxing; followed by our unique pressure testing tank which checks for final hidden cracks and imperfections. At this point, the head enters the second stage of our high tech machine shop where ASE certified machinists and technicians handle the precision stages of restoration to ensure you of superior workmanship and quality every time. CBN resurfacing is performed to eliminate the possibility of head warpage. Valve seats are triple angle high performance cut. Each valve is machine dressed at the stem and face, conforming with OEM specs. All springs are tension tested, and worn rocker studs are replaced when necessary. In addition new freeze plugs, pollution plugs, valve keepers and valve seals are installed. The cylinder head is then vacuum tested to ensure proper seating of all valves. Specifications and technical updates are readily available with our AERA data program. This information is utilized during the remanufacturing process to ensure accuracy at all times. Only after a final inspection are heads stamped with an inspectors stamp, packed and shelf stored in our climate controlled inventory area. You have, sort of, at the 2007 Tokyo Auto Salon. There it was merely the i MiEV Sport, and to be green Mitsubishi has just recycled that concept and given it a removable glass roof fitted with solar panels.

One of the reassuring things about the, uh, extraordinary Lamborghini Veneno that debuted at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show was that Lamborghini would only build three of them. So the chances of it actually poking your eye out were really rather slim. Now though, Lamborghini has confirmed it will also build the even more astonishing Veneno Roadster pictured above.

Aston Martin DBS R in the works?

Are Aston Martin working on a DBSR - an uprated DBS? If the rumours are true, and we’re starting to think they are, then the DBS will be following in the footsteps of its predecessor – the Aston Martin Vanquish. The Vanq got an upgrade package after a few years to the Vanquish S (but it seems unlikely that AM will dub the upgraded DBS the DBS S, but who knows?).
