For sale is one used engine control module. Service No. 1227730 - The ECU was removed from a 1982 Corvette with no motor or transmission.
- We received this inside the car, with a Howell Engine Developments decal on it.
- I called Howell and I was told that they used this ECM for Tuned Port Injection swaps, and this was flashed at one point for a standalone harness.
- I obviously have no way to confirm if it has indeed been reflashed or not.
- Despite this, the ECM is complete and will make a good base for your TPI Swap.
This is a good original ECM to reflash for your Corvette, please look at the pictures. If you have any questions, please contact us. Last week we had an online configurator for the new Citroen DS3 (DS Inside Concept) which – as we told you at the time – was a way to make some great, and not so great, colour combos on the car. But the configurator was just the exterior, so we had no real idea what the inside of the Inside would look like. And nor did we when we saw the original Citroen DS Inside Concept at Geneva, as the doors were firmly shut and the windows blacked out.

Mercedes has updated the E63 AMG super saloon with a range of minor tweaks, and one major one. Say goodbye to the 6.2-litre naturally-aspirated V8 engine which heralded the '63' badging, and hello to another downsized, forced-induction response to tightening emissions and economy requirements. The 2011 E63 receives the twin-turbo 5.5-litre V8 engine first seen in the S63 AMG, and now powering the CL63 and CLS63 as well. So the Mercedes E63 AMG is actually an E55 AMG?
